E3/DC and Lumenaza bring prosumers into the energy market!

29 February 2024

The E3/DC brand (part of HagerEnergy) and Lumenaza GmbH have entered into a partnership for the direct sale of energy produced from photovoltaic installations.

As a specialist in electricity storage and recharging solutions, E3/DC enables its customers to sell their energy production surplus and monitor market activity directly on the E3/DC portal. The partnership concluded between the 2 brands started last January, and opens up new development perspectives: E3/DC customers will now be able to easily market their solar production surplus. As a result, Lumenaza is becoming the go-to supplier for a growing community.

Direct sales, now part of the E3/DC customer experience

Drawing on its experience in monitoring solar and wind farms, Lumenaza GmbH is working with E3/DC on a complete direct sales solution, even for small producers. The processes required to implement it have been developed and tested to provide the best solution, which is now available on the E3/DC portal.

Customers benefit from a complete solution: the installation of the connected metering system, the sale of electricity surplus and invoicing will all be handled via Lumenaza. What's more, the new E3/DC portal will allow market information to be viewed in the same way as any other domestic station activity. Finally, this activity is supplemented by current market data and historical. This makes direct sales very tangible for users, and provides a concrete illustration of their involvement in the energy business.

Hager Group E3/DC cooperation with Lumenaza

Lumenaza will represent E3/DC's customers as a seller of the produced electricity surplus, and will pay them on a monthly basis.

A major development in the energy transition

Andreas Piepenbrink, CEO of HagerEnergy, and Christian Chudoba, Director of Lumenaza, are particularly enthusiastic about the impact of this collaboration: "E3/DC's customers are really committed to energy autonomy. They will also be among the first to use the electricity market as a tool for energy transition. We're working together to bring about this major change!
