Boosting the health of our employees during Covid-19


Since April, our objective has been to help our employees take care of themselves in times of coronavirus and we have taken many actions to show this. A series of articles and videos entitled "Hager Group Tips", which was published internally, provided targeted advice on how to live through a period of change, whether you work on site or remotely.

Health, a holistic approach
We opened the series with Manish Pole, an Indian yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher. Manish Pole shared six tips, based on mind-body harmony "For a strong immune system". 

Why? According to the WHO, health is "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". A definition that we support, as an employer of choice. 

Expert advice for physical and mental well-being
On the physical level, the master yogi advocates paying special attention to sleep, diet, and exercise. On the mental level: meditation, gratitude and volunteering will help. 

And to connect body and mind, breathing plays a central role. That is why Manish Pole also showed our employees how to use their breathing to regain peacefulness or energy. Watch the video:
