Company values and the spirit of giving

Building blocks find a second home in the local community

As part of 2019 Hager Group Symposium, to end the day, participants were invited to make a construction out of large building blocks. The theme of the construction was “our company values” - courage, authenticity & integrity and what they mean to the managers present and how they can carry them into the future.

Each Symposium participant received a building block to add to the construction; on one side was one of the 3 company values on the other side space for a personalised comment on their understanding of the three values.

Now, just over a year later, some of the unused building block have found a second life and a new home. They are being enjoyed by young children at a local extra-curricular activities centre in Obernai France. Mid-February four pallet loads were delivered to the centre Périscolaire Obernai Europe. The children can now let their creative imagination run wild with these big blocks. Who knows what they might build? The sky is the limit.
