Executive Board

Sabine Busse is our Chief Executive Officer. She is a Swiss-German citizen and a highly experienced international executive in the energy, electrical and automation sector. Together with all Hager Group employees, customers and partners she aims to build a more digitised and electrified future through innovation and collaboration.

Mike is our Chief Marketing Officer, he is responsible for Solution Development and Marketing. Mike’s role is all about making sure that we develop the right offer portfolio in order to best serve our customers; maintaining, renewing and deepening relationships with our existing and future customers are important to him. Mike is an avid reader, he likes to keep up to date on what is happening by reading different studies, stories, newspapers and books.

Michael Flieger started his role as Chief Financial
O­fficer in September 2023. Michael joined Hager Group in 2020 as Group Product Management Vice President and brings extensive experience in both customer and industrial environments within the electrical and lighting business. 
With his strong background in end-to-end business ownership, exceptional product management skills, and profound financial acumen.
