From 1955 to present: A journey of transformation and vision

The company was founded in 1955 by Hermann Hager and Dr. Oswald Hager together with their father Peter. Over the past 70 years, we have transformed ourselves from a local supplier of electrical installations into a global leader in electrification. Today, we are proud to remain an independent family-owned business, deeply rooted in our Franco-German heritage. Our 13,000 employees worldwide generate a turnover of 3.2 billion euros. With 22 production sites across the globe, our components and solutions are trusted by customers in more than 100 countries.
