Hager China celebrates the family with a Family Open Day

To be successful, companies need excellent and dedicated employees who are supported by their family members.

As such to celebrate employee engagement with their families, Hager China set up a Family Open Days celebration. These celebrations allow the family members of Hager Group employees to get a better insight into the company, how it works and why thanks to their family member it is successful.

Many different departments are honoured and 31st August, 2019 saw the sixth Family Open Day event for Huizhou factory employees. APAC Senior Vice President, Sophie Breton kicked the Family Open Day off with an opening speech; it was under the banner "WE. Step forward together with German ingenuity". Participants got to know more about Hager Group history and its brands, there were also interactive on-site activities and lots of photo opportunities.
