Terms and conditions

Article 1 - Purpose
Hager SE, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Saarbrücken under the number HRB 16434, having its registered office in Blieskastel (66440), Germany, Hereinafter referred to as the "Organising Company", is organising 2 free games with no purchase obligation on the occasion of the RCSA vs. PSG match (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") via a comment under an Instagram post and a Facebook post available online, from 14 May 2023 (10:00 a.m.) to 21 May 2023 (11:59 p.m.) inclusive (Paris date and time of connection being taken as proof of the date and time of the game) and a second game from 22.05.2023 to 25.05.2023.

The terms and conditions for participating in the Games and for selecting the winners are described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

The Game is announced on the following media:

Article 2 - Participation
2.1 Access to the competition
The game is open to any natural person of legal age or minor with parental authorisation (hereinafter the "Participant"), with the exception of members of the staff of the structures organising the game, and any person who has participated directly or indirectly in its organisation or implementation, as well as their spouse and family members: ascendants and descendants.
When the winners are chosen, the organising company reserves the right to ask any Participant to prove these conditions.
Any person who does not meet these conditions or who refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and, in the event of winning, will not be entitled to the prize.
Similarly, any false declaration, indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the Participant. Participation in the game requires any person to be in possession of an email address beforehand. Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety.

2.2 Terms and conditions of participation
As part of the official partnership between Hager Group and the Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace (RCSA), the organising company is launching a major online game on the Instagram and Facebook platforms, consisting of 2 phases with a specific prize for each phase:


Game 1 "Hager sofa" from 14/05/2023 to 21/05/2023

Game 2 "Match tickets" from 22/05/2023 to 25/05/2023

To participate to the "Hager Sofa" game, the Participant must :
1/ log on to the Hager Group's Instagram or facebook page.
2/ answer the question asked in the comments.
3/ follow the Hager Group Instagram or Facebook page
4/ Validate his/her participation by posting his/her comment and mentioning the 3 people with whom he/she wishes to live this experience


To take part in the "Match Places" game, the Participant must:
1/ Connect to the Hager Group Instagram page.
2/a) from 22/05/2023 noon until 23/05/2023 noon: find where the ball is in the image proposed on the Instagram story
2/b) from 23/05/2023 noon until 24/05/2023 noon: comment on the Instagram post on the organiser's page
2/c) from 24/05/2023 noon until 25/05/2023 noon: answer the quiz questions in the story on the organiser's Instagram page
3/ follow the Instagram page
4/ Only the correct answers will be drawn to elect the winners at the end of each day Only one entry per Participant (same surname, same first name, same email address) is accepted by the email address) is accepted by the Organising Company.

Article 3 - Prizes
For Game 1 "Hager Sofa":

One (1) winner will be chosen by drawing lots at the end of this game. He will win 4 VIP tickets with access to the Hager sofa on the pitch side for the match RCSA vs PSG the 27th of May 2023 at 9pm which will take place at the Meinau Stadium, Strasbourg, France.

For Game 2 "Match Tickets":

For each of the 3 games, 5 winners per day will be drawn. They will each win 2 tickets to attend the RCSA vs PSG match on 27th of May at the Meinau.
The winners agree to accept the prizes as offered, without the possibility of exchanging them for cash or other goods or services of any kind.
The organising company reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize equivalent in value and characteristics, for any reason whatsoever, without being held liable in this respect.

Article 4 - Awarding of prizes
For the "Hager Sofa" game, the draw will be held among all the Participants on 22 May 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to determine the winner.
For the "match tickets" game, the draw will be held on 23, 24 and 25 May for each of the 3games.
After the draw, the winner will receive a message via his or her Instagram, Facebook messaging system confirming his or her win and the terms and conditions for benefiting from it.
Any winner who does not respond within 24 hours of being notified of their prize will be deemed to have forfeited it and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
The winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that the winner does not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded.
The prize may not give rise to any dispute or claim of any kind. The winner undertakes not to seek the responsibility of the organising company with regard to the prize.
The prize will be accepted as announced. No change of any kind whatsoever may be requested by the winner, for any reason whatsoever. No consideration, compensation or financial equivalent of the prizes may then be requested, either totally or partially.
It is specified that the organising company will not provide any service or guarantee, as the prizes consist solely of the delivery of the prizes provided for above.

Article 5 - Use of personal data
The personal data collected in the context of participation in the game are recorded and used solely by the organising company for the purposes of participation and the awarding of prizes.


In accordance with the "Loi Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978 as amended and the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), the data will only be processed for the purposes indicated in these rules.

Article 6 - Limitation of liability
Participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety, the rules of ethics in force on the Internet, as well as the laws, regulations and other texts applicable in France.
Participation in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the Internet network.


The organising company shall not be liable in the event of malfunctioning of the "Internet" network or of the Instagram applications preventing access to the game or its proper conduct. In particular, the organising company shall not be held responsible for any external acts of malice.
Although the organising company makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools, it cannot be held responsible for errors (particularly in the display of the game sites, erroneous emails), the lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the site.


It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the site and participation in the game is done under his or her entire responsibility.


In addition, the organising company is not responsible in the event of:

- Telephone connection problems,

- Hardware or software problems,

- Destruction of information provided by Participants for a reason not attributable to the organising company,

- Human or electrical errors,

- Disruptions that could affect the smooth running of the game or malfunction of the automated drawing process.

In all cases, if the proper administrative and/or technical conduct of the game is disrupted by a cause beyond the control of the organising company, the latter reserves the right to interrupt the game. Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the exclusion of its author from the game, with the organising company reserving the right to take legal action against him/her, if necessary.


The organising company shall not be held liable in the event that the winner is unable to attend the match due to access restrictions taken as part of the management of health crises (notably Covid-19). 

Article 7 - Access and modifications

7.1 Access
Via the HagerGroup Instagram and the HagerGroup Facebook pages.

7.2 Modifications
The organising company reserves the right to shorten, postpone, modify, extend, interrupt or cancel the game outright, without prior notice, due to any event beyond its control and/or in the event of circumstances constituting a case of force majeure and/or an act of God, without its liability being incurred in this respect, and no claim may be accepted.

The organising company shall not be held responsible in the event of poor delivery of electronic mail or in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of the Internet networks.

Changes to the rules may be published during the game on the website of the organising company or the Instagram account of the organising company.

Article 8 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These rules are subject to French law.

Any question relating to the application and/or interpretation of these rules must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days from the end of the game to the following address

In the event of a persistent disagreement relating to the application and/or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court.

No oral requests will be taken into account regarding the game.
By participating in the game, each participant accepts these conditions of participation. A cash payment of the winnings is not possible.
This game is neither organised nor sponsored by Instagram. The information and data provided will be used by Hager Group solely for the purposes of this game. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the game should not be sent to Facebook and Instagram, but to the company organising the game. With regard to the storage and use of participants' data by Facebook and Instagram, it is advisable to consult the data usage policy of Instagram (https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875).
