Bechtle residential building
The building was to be characterised by stringent clarity, simplicity and an individually suitable room concept.
When building his owner-occupied single-family home near Heilbronn, architect Thomas Bechtle had a clearly structured concept in mind from the very beginning: the building was to be characterised by stringent clarity, simplicity and an individually suitable room concept. On the other hand, it should also fit perfectly into the hillside location. To support this, the architects Bechtle + Werner integrated solutions from Hager, Berker and Elcom as functional and design elements into the overall architectural concept.
The switches of Berker's design line R.1 made of high-quality aluminium and the glossy black inserts with their round shape, form an attractive contrast to the cubic interior design of the building. Thanks to its high-quality design, the switch series fits seamlessly into even the most sophisticated environments.
The design and colour scheme of the ELCOM.TOUCH indoor station is a perfect match for Berker R.1.
"The outdoor station was to blend discreetly into the appearance of the building. ELCOM.ONE was best able to meet this requirement with its high-quality stainless steel surface and the absence of visible screw connections" says architect, Thomas Bechtle.
The Hager meter cabinet univers is the starting point and central point of the building's electrical functions. With its pleasing design, it cuts a fine figure on the exposed concrete and does not need to be hidden.
