Modernisation of Changi Airport Terminal 2

Following its renovation and reopening in November 2023, Changi Airport Terminal 2 in Singapore has established itself as a global benchmark for design and innovation. Awarded the Prix Versailles, ranking it among the six most beautiful airports in the world for 2024, it also received UNESCO's "Special Prize for an Interior."
A major project for an exceptional airport
Spanning four levels, including a basement and three upper floors, Terminal 2 was extended by 21,000 square meters, increasing Changi Airport’s total passenger capacity to 90 million annually across all terminals.
The renovation aimed to improve the efficiency, safety, and reliability of the facilities. This involved replacing and upgrading an aging system to provide better network monitoring and tracking capabilities, as well as a service level befitting this exceptional infrastructure.
