KDU Penang University College

Paramount Corporation Berhad (PCB) built Penang’s first university complex in the fast-growing district of Batu Kawan. The metropolis was developed by Paramount Property, the property development arm of PCB; the new purpose-built campus for KDU Penang is owned by PCB’s Paramount Education Group. It is located about 5 minutes from the Second Penang Bridge at Bandar Cassia or Cassia City, the newest and largest new township in Penang, Malaysia. There are 10 acres of institutional land and 20 acres of land for new developments. The new campus is equipped with energy saving features for more responsible and effective electricity consumption.
