LAVIDA – the housing project for the elderly based in Nuremberg consists of four connected houses comprising 109 owner-occupied flats, administration offices, a supported living community for twelve people and an adult day-care facility.
LAVIDA – the housing project for the elderly based in Nuremberg consists of four connected houses comprising 109 owner-occupied flats, administration offices, a supported living community for twelve people and an adult day-care facility. The elderly-friendly, owner-occupied flats with a living space of between 43 and 151m² come complete with a tailor-made programme based on a supported living model which facilitates autonomous living.
