Residence Le Palais Gallien

The Résidence Palais Gallien is a project made up of 96 prestigious residences created in the historic centre of Bordeaux, France. These residences combine top-of-the-range services and high technology for the day-to-day comfort of their occupants. Located on the former Marie Brizard spirits manufacturing site, the construction challenges included using noble products for a high value-added housing, while respecting and preserving the sites’ history. Our solutions also made it possible to offer optimal energy management and to integrate the equipment to fit into the site's architecture.
