Overlooking Lake Constance, the Seegarten residential park redefines sustainable living with 114 high-end rental apartments spread across three elegant buildings — from cosy 1.5-room flats to generous 5.5-room residences. From the very beginning, the project has been defined by its peaceful location, modern design, and consistently sustainable construction. When it came to energy supply and smart home control, the project partners turned to Hager for expertise and reliability.

A partnership built on quality and efficiency

Together with Hager, the project team designed a smart electrical installation that combines safety, comfort, and energy efficiency – all easily controlled via smartphone or tablet. Intelligent actuators, sensors, and motion detectors from Hager ensure reliable power distribution and seamless energy management in everyday life, offering real added value for residents. For the project partners, the collaboration also meant smooth planning and execution from start to finish.

The technology blends perfectly with the building’s modern aesthetic: smart KNX touch sensors in the kallysto design line emphasize the apartments’ refined character. Complemented by stylishly integrated door communication systems, the result is a harmonious, contemporary living environment where design and functionality meet.
