The master‑planned community introduces 190 two-story homes surrounded by landscaped green boulevards, jogging paths, parks and family‑friendly amenities, providing a unique living experience centred around elegance and natural beauty.

Recognizing the developer’s vision of combining luxury and functionality, The Sanctuary Collection entrusted Hager with delivering comprehensive electrical systems across the entire cluster. Customised Hager protection devices and enclosures were installed to meet the safety and reliability standards expected in high-end housing. Hager Dream wiring accessories were selected to harmonise with the upscale interiors, offering streamlined installation and an upscale interior look without compromising on function or safety – in line with the customer’s vision of modernity, elegance, and safety.
