Trivelis Clementi DBSS

Trivelis DBSS (Design, Build and Sell Scheme) is a public housing development located in Singapore, designed to provide comfortable and affordable housing for Singaporean residents. Developed by EL Development (ELD) in partnership with the Housing and Development Board (HDB)*, Trivelis Clementi DBSS offers luxurious and spacious living spaces that cater to the needs of modern families.
As the one and only DBSS in Clementi, Trevelis is located at Clementi New Town, an area which boasts convenient facilities and amenities. Unique external features distinguish this development, with a total of 888 residential units packed into three blocks of 40 floor buildings, which comprises a mixture of two, three and four bedroom units.
