Tuan is a living concept that blends ‘grandness’ with retro – Malaysian influences and modern conveniences. It allows buyers to experience a unique vibe created through decorations, interior design and use of space. Another highlight is “Memory Land,” a nostalgic play area first of its kind in Malaysia.
Modern design with a retro feeling

This is the first project in which the developer, CPI Land, has used Hager brand switches. Our excellent reputation in the Malaysian market and the Stylea’s modern design and competitive pricing made this choice an easy one for company director Ir Yeap Teck Hooi. Moreover, thanks to our efficient processes, it took a mere two weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
