Villa Vis is a stunning residential property located in the heart of the picturesque Croatian island of Vis. Combining the traditional charm of Dalmatian stone house architecture with modern elements, this villa is a true gem of the island.


The exterior of the villa, built entirely of local, beige-coloured Vis stone, exudes a warm and natural atmosphere.
The property is located a mere 200 metres from the bustling town centre and offers stunning sea views from the upper floors.


Inside the house, the design blends seamlessly from old to new. Materials such as wood, stone and black metal combined to create a special feeling across the villa’s three floors. Owing to its situation on a slope, there is extra access to the outoor area which includes the pool.

Hager's Systo modular switches in black perfectly match other elements such as fittings, chairs and the stylish interior lighting. These switches were consistently used in all rooms of the house. In addition, Volta enclosures and modular devices (MCB, RCCB) from Hager were used in this residential complex.


We presented these systems to a Croatian planner who in turn directly presented them to the investor. The investor liked the aesthetics of Systo and agreed it would be a perfect fit for the villa Vis interior. Volta was chosen for its seamless integration into the wall.

 
Furthermore, a special eye-catcher of the house is the entrance to the building, which allows access to the top floor via a small bridge illuminated with yellow light. With its unique blend of traditional and modern style, Villa Vis is recognized in architectural circles as an especially well-designed object.
