Theresienhöhe is without a doubt one of the most architecturally attractive places in Munich. Here the Edith Haberland-Wagner Foundation opened a youth and family hotel with 46 rooms and 208 beds in April 2019. Visually and functionally convincing solutions
This applies to both the architecture and the electrical installation technology - especially in the visible areas of the hotel with public access. Here the decision was made in favour of switches and socket outlets from the Berker Q.3 series, where the frames harmonise perfectly with the architecture of the building thanks to their right-angled enclosures and their timeless simplicity. In terms of functionality, the Berker switch range provides power connections in the rooms in the form of 230 V sockets combined with USB connections in multiple frames.

With the help of the Berker Touch Control Panels, which are installed as standard in all rooms, hotel guests can control the room temperature or open and close blinds intuitively. The comprehensive selection of six languages offers extra convenience - in a metropolis like Munich a decisive service for international guests is needed.
