Organization of Hager Group procurement
Hager Group procurement is based on a concept of worldwide network of strategic and operational levels. In order to ensure a lean integration in the Hager Group End2End operating model, our procurement activities are divided into two functions:
- Sourcing & Supply Chain in charge of: Production Materials & Traded Goods
- Purchasing in charge of: Non-Production Materials, Investments & Business Services.
