Hager Group subsidiary advizeo, acquires Berlin-based Comgy and strengthens its presence in the German energy management market 

Hager Group subsidiary advizeo has acquired Berlin-based Comgy, a specialist in energy consumption data collection and visualization. This acquisition strengthens advizeo’s presence in Germany and supports Hager Group’s mission to expand its portfolio of connected and sustainable energy management solutions across Europe.

Founded in France in 2015 and part of Hager Group since 2024, advizeo specializes in energy management solutions for commercial buildings. Since 2025, the company has expanded internationally, operating under the brand advizeo by Hager in Italy and Germany.

Comgy, founded in Berlin in 2017, has become a key player in automated metering and energy data visualization. Its modular platform ensures seamless integration from metering devices, greater transparency for residents and operators, and simplified compliance with German energy regulations.

By combining their strengths, advizeo and Comgy will deliver a fully integrated offering covering the entire value chain – from raw data collection to actionable insights and implementation. Together, they aim to become a key partner in advancing the energy transition of the German real estate sector.
