Ethics: a priority for Hager Group

Ethical principles determine how we act towards our customers, colleagues and partners and provide the fame for pursuing our business activities.

Michael Mavroulidis, based in Athens, is one of 15 Hager Group Ethics Ambassadors. "As an Ethics Ambassador, I feel part of a global community within the company”, he explains. “We organise training on Hager Group's Ethics Charter and raise awareness among our colleagues on this important subject. When I became an Ethics Ambassador, I realised that all employees are confronted with ethical dilemmas in their daily work and that there is never an easy answer, a right or wrong way to deal with them. These delicate situations can lead to conflicting decisions and that's where the Ethics Ambassador comes in."
