Light + Building postponed

Postponing the date of the fair is purely a precautionary measure.

A few days before the start of the world's leading trade fair Light + Building, the organiser and the concerned industry associations have decided to postpone the fair. A new date is already being worked on: Representatives of the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (ZVEI), related trade associations (ZVEH) and Messe Frankfurt want to organise a new date in the second half of September 2020 in Frankfurt am Main.

"We have been in close contact with the trade fair organisers, industry associations and health authorities for weeks. We have used this time to engage in intensive discussions with experts on the development of the coronavirus Covid-19. We believe that the decision to delay the fair in order to protect all visitors and exhibitors is a very responsible action", explains Daniel Hager, CEO of the Hager Group.
