Sharing with the local community

Local children are using our Symposium 2019 “values” building blocks to foster their creativity

You may remember that as part of our 2019 Hager Group Symposium, to end the day, participants were invited to make a Hager Group values construction out of large building blocks?

Back in February, some of these building blocks found a second life and a new home at a local extra-curricular activities centre in Obernai, France.

See how the children have let their creative imagination run wild with these now pristine building block.

One of our Obernai colleagues Anna Winé commented that, “my daughter goes to this school and is having a lot of fun playing with these building blocks with her friends! What a great idea to donate the blocks and give them a second up-cycled life. Kids are really happy to have them and I appreciate that we, as a company, do good around us and for the community. We are a great company!”

And another colleague-parent commented that her daughter was disgruntled because she was picked too early from school and didn’t have enough time to play with the blocks.

Let’s hope these children and others continue to benefit from the donation and have fun with the building blocks.
