Hager Group has strengthened its presence in Italy through the strategic positioning of its manufacturing footprint and the diversity of its brands via acquisition. Hager Bocchiotti Spa, based in Milan and with Offices in Zola Predosa (BO) and Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA), are responsible for the distribution of Hager Bocchiotti products across the country. Hager Italia Partecipazioni S.r.l. is the holding company of Hager Group in Italy.
Bocchiotti S.p.A. produces plastic components for the global market in Arenzano and Rivalta Scrivia. In Brescia, AB Plast S.r.l. specialized in research and developmentwhile Hager Lumetal S.p.A. manufactures enclosure field, steel, stainless steel and polyester in Porcia, which are shipped across Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
The acquisition of Heroldt Controls and Pmflex has enabled Hager Group to expand its product portfolio and solution offerings.

- Pmflex is the specialist and market leader of flexible & rigid conduit systems for low voltage installations in Europe.
Italy has been World Cup champion four times and is the current European champion. The current national team has also qualified for the European Championship and is playing in a group with Spain, Croatia, and Albania.
