Hager AG produces and markets wiring accessories, enclosures, fuses, and safety devices in Switzerland.  Specializing in custom manufacturing, the company annually produces 5 million wiring accessories, 15,000 enclosures, and 350,000 fuses and other safety devices.  It achieves an annual turnover of 82 million euros and investing 3.5 million euros each year in its solutions and equipment to ensure continuous development.

In 1985, when the Swiss national team actually failed to win a match in the then World Cup qualifiers, Hager AG was founded in Switzerland and has shown great team spirit ever since. Historical highlights include the commissioning of a new powder coating facility in 2012, the inauguration of the customer service center and punching center in 2014, the celebration of its 30th anniversary in 2015, the introduction of a new automated production line for electrical outlets in 2017, and the expansion of the sheet metal warehouse in 2019. 
The company introduced E3/DC in Switzerland in 2019, modernized its factory in 2022, refurbished the showroom in 2023, and inaugurated a new bending center in 2024.

The company consumes 1,787,366 kWh of electricity and 2,056,454 kWh of gas per year and produces 152,358 kWh of solar energy.  To continuously improve its energy efficiency, it has taken various measures, most notably, increasing the capacity of its photovoltaic installation by 300 kWc. They has also switched to district heating, renovated facades, improved building insulation and installed new windows.
