Large limestones from Markina perched on ballast-filled pits elevate the house in its entirety to let the ground and air pass under the house intact. The wooden construction creates a feeling of great comfort throughout the house. The structure is made of larch cross-laminated wood.

The insulators are made of wood fibers and cork. The façade and roof coverings are made of acetylated radiata pine finished with a mineral patina based on gray silicate.
In the design and construction of the house, passive house standards have been followed, largely isolating the four ventilated faces of the surrounding area. With these measures, a 75% reduction in heating and cooling consumption compared to a standard home could be achieved.

Among other things, the house was fitted with our berker series 1930 in black. It represents the iconic timelessness of industrial design of the early twentieth century. Its pure forms and direct functionality create qualities that are still appreciated by builders and designers today and that correspond to the mechanisms of the 1930 series.

"The design of these series is at an intermediate point between the classic and the modern. These round dots (usually black) appear as visual reference elements for interiors. Their versatility to be placed on the surface or embedded has led us to use them in almost all our projects."
