Customer satisfaction is also reflected in the strong recommendation rate: 68.8% of customers would recommend E3/DC . In addition to quality and warranty, customers are particularly impressed by innovative developments such as 360° energy management, which integrates dynamic electricity tariffs and will soon be further optimized with artificial intelligence. Another key future technology is bidirectional charging, which is of great interest to 75% of customers.
