This year, Hager Group will be represented at Europe's largest platform for the energy industry, The smarter E Europe in Munich, with two of its brands. Hager and E3/DC brands will be presenting their current range of products for the energy transition in Hall B5, Stand 310 and Hall B1, Stand 240: from complete solutions for energy management to PV-optimized charging and storage systems.

Focus on renewable energies and digitalization

Renewable energies, decentralized energy systems and digitalization are the key elements of the energy transition. More and more prosumers are producing their own energy. For example, the number of PV prosumers in the Netherlands has risen from less than 500,000 in 2015 to over 1 million in 2020.

In Portugal, the number of PV prosumers grew from 3,000 in 2015 to over 30,000 in 2019 and in Poland from 51,000 in 2018 to 847,000 in 2021. At the same time, the share of renewable energy in Europe has risen by around 10 % in the last ten years to 23 % in 2022. For the first time, the Hager brand will be represented at The smarter E Europe. E3/DC at the ees Europe

The E3/DC brand will be represented at the trade fair for electrical energy storage (ees Europe) in Hall B1, Stand 240. E3/DC offers a complete product portfolio of storage systems for private and commercial applications as well as charging stations developed in-house - in addition to AC wallboxes, also a first series solution for bidirectional DC charging in cooperation with Volkswagen. At the important trade fair in Munich, E3/DC will be focusing on energy management software, strategic partnerships and the flexibility of the future.

The highlights include;

• Easy utilization of day-ahead electricity trading: by means of cooperations with Ostrom and Lumenaza, E3/DC makes the temporary price advantages of the day-ahead market usable via load shifting and ensures considerable cost savings for customers

• "Energy Hub Alliance": initiative for maximum interoperability by integrating data from different manufacturers and service providers to enable seamless networking and optimized use of energy management systems

• Maximum self-power utilization and cost-efficient charging: Solutions for solar-powered charging in companies, including charging stations that comply with calibration law and compatible load management

• Extensive program of specialist presentations, case studies and discussion rounds with partners: Guests include prominent personalities such as sailor Fabrice Amadeo and skier Josef Ferstl.
