Daniel Hager honoured as „EY Entrepreneur Of The Year“

On Thursday the 24th november, Daniel Hager was honoured in Berlin for his entrepreneurial and extraordinary social commitment. For 26 years, the auditing and consulting firm EY has been honouring outstanding entrepreneurs as "EY Entrepreneur Of The Year". An independent jury of renowned experts selects the award winners according to the assessment criteria sustainability of the business model, innovation, transformation, employee management and social responsibility.

In the citation, the jury said: "Today, Hager Group is cooperating with customers from industry and the electrical trade on cutting edge topics such as charging stations for electromobility, energy storage systems, assistance solutions that support everyday life and technologies for the intelligent home. Many of the components are indispensable for the energy transition. In addition to the entrepreneurial achievements, particular emphasis was put on the pioneering commitment of the "Peter and Luise Hager Foundation" to education, research and culture, as well as on the repeated inclusion of Hager Group in the top ten most attractive employers in Germany and France.
