Hager Group wins the HappyIndex Trainees label again

Top 15 of the best French companies for internships or work-study

94.6% of respondents recommend Hager Group as an employer for an internship or apprenticeship.

For the second year running, Hager Group is included in the survey and has risen to 12th place in the French HappyIndex Trainees ranking in the category 100-199 interns and apprentices. For the ranking, students evaluate the company that welcomes them.

This HappyIndexTrainees reputation survey, established by the choosemycompany.com website, aims to reflect the reality of the experience of interns and trainees. Six criteria are taken into account: professional progress, work environment, management, motivation, pride, fun and pleasure.

"Every year, Hager Group welcomes around 300 trainees and apprentices, including 130 in France, from various training courses and sectors for four to six months assignments. This second 'Happy Trainees' label, recognises our attractive and ambitious policy of welcoming and integrating students," says Cécile Zuber, Talent Development & Culture Senior Director at Hager Group.

An internship or work-study programme is often just the beginning of a great story

"In addition to training young people and helping them prepare for their career plans, welcoming the new generation into our teams allows the company to co-construct a future. We are enriched with new perspectives, new ways of thinking and renewed energy. We learn from and grow with each other," concludes Cécile Zuber.

And the adventure sometimes continues beyond the internship or apprenticeship... As a young graduate with a Master's degree in HR, and after completing his apprenticeship in our teams, Gauthier chose to start his first job with us: "Joining Hager Group as an apprentice means joining a new family, where you are accompanied and trained by caring colleagues who are passionate about their missions and who really want to pass on their knowledge. He confides: "As I approached the end of my apprenticeship contract, I wanted to stay with the company to continue to develop and grow in a stimulating and challenging environment.” Many similar stories have been told over the years.

Thank you to the 91 interns and dual study programme students who have contributed to this great recognition, to all our HR teams, to our tutors and managers for their daily commitment.
