Our internal training program “Ethics in business” has been evolving and growing for several years. Our objective: To preserve and strengthen our common ethical mindset globally and in the long term. Consequently, the training program ensures that our employees work on this subject on an ongoing basis. This includes classic e-learning modules as well as more interactive tools, such as game-based awareness sessions to learn how to deal with complicated ethical situations without any real business impact. Our “Ethics in Business” training program targets all our connected employees, as soon as they join the company.
