ONE FORTY WEST
An impressive hybrid tower that rises a proud 145 metres from the ground
The Senckenberg Quarter in Frankfurt am Main is home to an exciting new neighbourhood. The highlight is the ONE FORTY WEST - an impressive hybrid tower that rises a proud 145 metres from the ground. The building offers a unique mix of hotel, flats and a publicly accessible sky bar and restaurant. The architects wanted to create an environment where a lively atmosphere prevails even after office hours.
There are 187 flats in the residential area of the tower, all of which are equipped with smart meters. One of the flats in ONE FORTY WEST was designed by Sebastian Herkner. One of the residents: the Berker Q.3 switch series.
