Best Employer France by Capital Magazine

In France, Capital magazine awarded Hager Group its “Best Employer in France” label for the seventh time. In 2023, we came in 8th in the electrical equipment and materials sector, which took us to 145th out of 500 places in the overall ranking (7,39 out of 10 possible points).

The ranking is based on an annual image survey by Capital Magazine and market research company Statista.

HappyIndex Trainees Label (ChooseMyCompany)

Hager Group rankes 24th in the 2024 French HappyIndex Trainees ranking. This applies to the 100-199 trainees and apprentices category. 92.5% of respondents recommend Hager Group as a good place for an internship or apprenticeship.

Established by the choosemycompany.com website, this survey highlights the experience of interns and apprentices, taking into account six criteria: professional progress, work environment, management, motivation, pride, fun and pleasure.

In 2023 our Hi! University was awarded the prestigious "Gold Learning Company Award" at the 8th edition of U-Spring, U-Spring, “Le printemps des universités” dedicated to the corporate universities.

Germany’s Best Employers (Stern)

In the employer ranking of the weekly magazine Stern, in 2022, Hager Group ranked 8th in the section “electronics and electrical engineering”. Overall, a score of 74.39 out of a possible 100 points put us in 128th place out of 1000 companies.

The ranking is based on an annual image survey by the weekly magazine Stern and the market research company Statista. In 2022, more than 50,000 employees were surveyed.

TOP National Employers (Focus)

In Germany, Focus magazine has us in 4th place in the electrical engineering industry ranking. Overall, we made 155th place out of 1000 selected companies.
The award is based on a study by Focus magazine in cooperation with kununu, Germany’s leading online platform for employer reviews.

Only the best 1,000 of roughly 950,000 listed companies on the platform are included in the ranking. Focus and kununu measure criteria such as company culture, salary and work atmosphere.

Magnet Award

In 2022, Our Hi! University programme was awarded a silver medal by Swedish Magnet Awards, a Nordic employer branding competition. We were recognised specifically in the “People Tech” category, which focuses on learning aimed at strengthening employees’ skills.

Almost 100 companies entered the competition and submitted projects. The juries selected three finalists per category based on the following criteria: 30 per cent strategy and implementation, 30 per cent creativity and 40 per cent results. Read more
